Where is value concentrating in this business - and why? What is creating it, what is protecting it, and what is the digital leverage available to deepen it?
Is revenue one-off or recurring? Concentrated or diversified? Tied to people or to product? These questions determine exit multiple as much as the revenue number itself.
What capability exists that is undermonetised, underscaled, or packaged in the wrong commercial form? Service-to-product transitions are where the highest-multiple value is often created.
Where is margin being consumed by manual process, legacy systems, or adoption failure? Removing friction is typically the fastest route to measurable margin improvement in a hold period.
